All Science League Teams and participants will be meeting every Tuesday immediately after school for 30 minutes. Please see Mrs. Nisraiyya in Room 222 if any concerns.
If you are interested in participating in high school or middle school basketball, track, or cheer please sign up by November 8th.
Girls high school basketball meeting will be held on Tuesday November 2nd at 3:30 in the gym.
Any athletes still interested in joining our middle school cheer team? There will be a mandatory meeting for anyone interested or registered on Wednesday, November 3rd at 3pm in room 111.

The class of 2023 is meeting today after school in room 114. We will be focusing on fundraising efforts, as well as Homecoming. We hope to see you there!
There will be a middle school boys basketball meeting after school in the gym today for all boys interested in playing basketball this upcoming season.
Attention High-School students! Today we will be kicking-off our 1st Debate immediately after school in Mrs. Nisraiyya's Room 222. Audience please be there to encourage and support our speakers. The debate should take no more than 30 minutes.
Homecoming Dance information and permissions slips are available. They were emailed to all high school parents and students yesterday. If you are bringing a guest from another school, he/she must have the guest form completed and a negative Covid-19 test completed at a pharmacy or doctors office. The results must be provided to the school by 11/17/2021 at 8:00 am. Please see the forms for specific instructions regarding deadlines and testing expectations.
Reminder: tomorrow, Friday, the school dress code is in place. Please do not dress for Halloween. Your dress tomorrow should be the same as it is any other school day. Costumes, costume makeup, face paint, etc., will not be permitted.

The Boys Varsity Soccer season has come to an end, but not before celebrating two of the best. Angel Barillas has once again been named to the All Division Team. Angel, one of the top scorers in the Gold Division, finished with 12 goals. At the other end of the line up is our sweeper, Anthony Vella, who also was named for the first time to the All Division Team. His on field leadership was awesome. One of the finest young men Coach G. has had the pleasure of coaching in many years. We finished with two wins, 10 losses and 1 tie. However, if there ever was a group of young men who handled adversity on the field, game in and game out, this group was #1. The Razz will return next season. Best of luck to our seniors.
South Amboy Middle High School would like to congratulate Freshmen, Eleny Aleman-Leonor, and Senior, Faith Nemeth, for making the Gold First Team All Division Soccer team! This is a major accomplishment and the two of you should be very proud that all of your hard work and effort has been recognized! Another congratulations to the ENTIRE Varsity Girls Soccer team for being awarded the Gold Division Sportsmanship Award for the second year in a row! This award speaks wonders for how the well players represent not only themselves but also the Middle High School and the town. Congrats again girls!

On Saturday the cross country team had a great showing at the GMC Championships, winning 6 medals and setting several PRs. In the boys varsity race, Captain Joe Jamolawicz ran a great race and placed 25th in the county with a time of 17:31 and led the team to a 13th place finish. Senior Rafael Albarran and Juniors Steven Evanski and Gabe Albarran ran well, while senior Jack Smith ran the best race of his career with a PR of 20:49. In the girls varsity race, Captain Guin Kennedy had one of the best races of her career placing 14th with a time of 20:37. In the boys JV race, James Jamolawicz ran a great race in a PR time of 24:15. In the boys freshman race, Dan Evanski made a statement by placing 12th in the county with a huge PR of 19:53. Also in the freshman race, Jimmy Mercado, Gavin Ruben and Thomas Cannon all turned in PR performances. In the middle school boys varsity race, Kcen Ventura won a medal with a time of 10:40 over the mile and a half course. In the middle school girls varsity race, 6th grader Daria Dobrin ran a fast time of 11:39 to take home a medal. In the middle school girls JV race, 7th grader Lucy Tooker brought home a medal with a PR performance of 13:33, while Ariana Valerio-Ricio and Mercedes Herrera also turned in PR performances.
