Each day the students will have to read an article and answer 10 questions  from http://readworks.org/.  There will be seven multiple choice questions and three short-constructed response questions the students need to use textual evidence to support his/her answer.  Grading for the multiple choice, students will be given credit for the correct answer, and grading for the short-constructed response question will be based on the correct answer and support given.  Students may receive an incomplete, 25, 50, 75, or 100 for each questionThe assignments are scheduled and activated each day and cannot be accessed earlier. They will be completed in readworks.org.


Also, students will need to complete the weekly Reading Plus assignment.  Students select the passage he/she would like to read.  The passages are based on each individual's reading ability and interest.  Students should receive a score of 80%. Go to readingplus.com or clever.com to access the site.

Monday, March 30
