We need your help to ensure all of them are. We understand at times there could be internet issues. When that happens, we ask for the parent, when possible, to email or phone us to confirm that is the case. Our expectation is that students login on time and maintain their presence for each period, for the empire period. Dear Parents/Guardians, Two items: 1) For Back to School Night on 9/17/2020, please use the Zoom link information I forwarded via email to log on to the 6:00 pm presentation. Reminder: for each individual class visit, please use the period schedule for the evening I attached to the email. Please have your child log in to each class meeting so you can see the teacher's presentation. If there are two parents not in the same household wanting to log in, the parent not with the child should ask him/her for the school log in information used. That parent would need to login using his/her child's login information. Please expect our teachers to explain the class practices, work expectations, etc. The presentation will be about how their classes are conducted. Teachers will refrain from answering questions related to a specific child. If you have questions about your child's progress, we want to answer them; that is best done during a parent conference. 2) Senior Photos: I communicated with LifeTouch today. Correction from prior notification: the two dates already scheduled for senior portraits will go as planned. Those dates are: 9/21/2020 and 11/3/2020. We will be adding additional dates and parents will be contacted regarding scheduling senior portraits. If you have any questions, please reach out to the school so we can assist you. Thank you, Dr. McCabe
