The boy’s team started out the year with a great performance in the division race by defeating 5 division rivals in one day, losing only to Middlesex by just 1 point. On Saturday at Thompson Park, the boys avenged their loss to Middlesex by dominating them by 10 points thanks to medal winning performances by senior captain Jack Lukie, Junior Abe Calderon, freshman star Rafael Albarran and rising freshman star Joe Jamolawicz. Other PRs this week were turned in by Gwen Kennedy, Charlie Smith and Jonathan Diaz. The boy’s team record now stands at 5-1 heading into the Six Flags Invitational this coming Saturday.
