Boys Varsity Soccer

The varsity boys soccer team has come alive during the last two games winning both by scores of 2-0 and 2-1. Erik Gurdak has led all scorers and brilliant goalkeeping of Wimmer Villeda. We consider Wimmer as one of the best goalkeepers in recent history! We look forward to continuing our winning streak with four games remaining on our schedule.

Girls Varsity Soccer

Girls Varsity Soccer celebrated their seniors on 9/28 at Waterfront Park. The girls followed up with a 3-2 win against Mother Seton on October 2nd. The team is recovering from some bumps and bruises, but there is no stopping their determination! Nothing can stop the team from wanting to compete and lifting each other up!

Girls Varsity Tennis

The past two weeks in girls tennis have been very eventful! We traveled to the GMC tournament and made it to the first round. During the following week, we went 2-1 and celebrated our seniors during their Senior Night! We look to end our season on a high note against Perth Amboy. With a win we will end our season 5-5!  We are all so proud of our lady Guvs this season!

B/G Varsity and MS Cross Country

Middle School Cross Country had their first meet in South River. They all found success with a pep talk and cheering on by their High School teammates. They shared their advice and experience. The HS team is training to compete in the GMC Divisional Race and GMC Championships in the next few weeks.

MS Girls Soccer

Girls middle school soccer has kept up their hard work! Heavyn Aponte scored her first goal of the season against New Brunswick. The girls fought hard and left it all on the field. They are keeping their spirits and energy high for the upcoming game against Timothy Christian. Go Guvs!

MS Boys Soccer

The MS Boys soccer team played a tough game against Timothy Christian after a strong start to the season. The boys showed great sportsmanship on and off the field. Our defense played a great game. All players have put in a great effort during practice and look forward to competing. Keep up the great work boys!
